Our talented chefs can arrange a variety of meals, with a selection of full-flavoured, beautifully presented meals, homemade sauces and dressings that cater for all tastes, including seafood, meat, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Fragrant Thai dishes are lovingly created in our fully equipped kitchen, using fresh seasonal produce from local farms around the Bargara/Bundaberg region.

Choose mixed entrees, rice and noodle plates and mains of popular stir-fries and aromatic curries. Exotic Seafood is a gluten-free dish of mixed seafood braised with a curry sauce, vegetable, egg and basil leaves, while the Massaman beef or lamb curry is a delicious popular Thai-style sweet (mild) curry cooked with thick coconut milk, potato, onion and topped with roasted peanuts. There are so many more mouthwatering dishes to choose from to create the perfect banquet for your guests.

If your guests don't like it too hot, we can tone down the chilli to create mild to medium dishes. Otherwise, our menu includes hot, very hot and extremely hot for diners who like some added zest.
